Dragon Core is independent software. It is not official, endorsed by, or affiliated with Mafia City, its developer or publisher, MEmu, Microvirt, Google, Apple, or another third party unless a verified relationship is explicitly stated.
Active compatibility work
Dragon Core is actively maintained for the current supported Mafia City environment. This means compatibility work and validation continue for the stated supported configuration; it does not mean all game or emulator versions are supported or that future compatibility is guaranteed.
Supported configuration
The stated configuration requires Windows PC, MEmu 9.1.7.0, and Russian / Русский as the Mafia City language. Public game version references are secondary metadata and may vary by platform or region.
Third-party downloads
MEmu is third-party software. The download link points to its official distribution source. Dragon Core does not host or bundle the MEmu installer and is not responsible for third-party downloads, installation behavior, availability, privacy practices, or terms.
User responsibility
