1. Acceptance
By accessing the Dragon Core website, downloading the software, starting a trial, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms of Use and any written purchase terms supplied by the Dragon Core owner.
2. Product access and pricing
Confirmed Premium options are $25/month or $250/year (Save $50). A 7-day free trial may be arranged through the official contact channel. Premium allows unlimited configured farm accounts and emulator profiles and includes up to 4 concurrent automation sessions. Capacity beyond four simultaneous sessions requires a separate arrangement and additional charge. PayPal payment instructions are provided directly; this website does not collect PayPal credentials or operate an automated checkout.
3. Device-bound license
Dragon Core licenses are activated for one approved Windows device unless your written purchase terms state otherwise. A license may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or used to bypass activation controls. Major hardware or Windows changes may require reactivation through Dragon Core support. Reactivation and transfer requests are reviewed through official support and are not automatically guaranteed.
4. Support and task requests
Premium access includes Live Support and the ability to submit New Task Requests for review. Support response times, acceptance of a requested task, implementation timing, and continuing availability of any specific workflow are not guaranteed. Remote setup via AnyDesk is a separate service for an additional charge, provided by appointment and only at the user's request.
5. Supported configuration
Dragon Core is maintained for its stated supported configuration: Windows PC, MEmu 9.1.7.0, the current supported Mafia City environment, and Russian / Русский as the in-game language. Compatibility can change as third-party software evolves, and updates follow compatibility work and validation.
6. Third-party software
Mafia City and MEmu are third-party products not owned, operated, endorsed, or distributed by Dragon Core. The MEmu link points to its official distribution source. Dragon Core does not rehost, rename, mirror, or bundle the MEmu installer. Users must review and follow applicable third-party terms and policies.
7. Responsible use
Users are responsible for using Dragon Core lawfully and for deciding whether automation is permitted under the rules that apply to their accounts and region. Dragon Core may not be used to harm systems or users, bypass access controls, distribute malware, infringe rights, or violate applicable law.
8. No ban or uninterrupted-operation guarantee
Dragon Core does not promise anti-ban protection, undetectability, permanent compatibility, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation. Automation and third-party software can involve account, operational, and availability risks.
9. Intellectual property
Dragon Core branding, website content, and software remain the property of their respective owner. A purchase grants only the limited device-bound right to use the supplied software under these terms; it does not transfer ownership or source-code rights.
10. Changes and availability
Features, supported workflows, compatibility, pricing, and services may change. Material product information will be updated on the official website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
